Ryan Investigations specializes in Criminal & Civil Investigations, both plaintiff and defense for Attorneys. I will personally handle the case from the beginning to the end. Starting with pre-complaint investigation, i.e. Witness Statements, Photographs of Scene, Obtaining Police Reports and other relevant information. Prior to the trial I will handle all types of Pretrial Investigations, including background of claimant or defendant and any Witness Statements not previously obtained. I will work closely with the assigned attorneys and then assist with the preparation of the case for trial. I will work with the attorneys' scheduling of any witnesses and providing transportation, if necessary, so that witnesses are at the court when they are required and without any delay.

H.J."Joe" Ryan has been a law enforcement officer for over 35 years and has served as a Chief Criminal Investigator for the last 27 years. He has served in major metropolitan areas as well as small communities. Ryan has been employed by both Sheriffs Departments and City Police Departments alike. He has been the lead Criminal Investigator on several Capital Murder cases, as well as primary investigator on major crimes such as child abuse, sexual assault, armed robbery, vehicle thefts and arsons. He has held the position of Chief of Police, Chief Deputy for the Sheriffs Department as well as Chief Criminal Investigator in these departments both in the States of Oklahoma and Texas. He is licensed by the Texas Commission on Private Security and is bonded for One Million Dollars in the State of Texas. He is an active member of Private Investigation Organizations throughout the United States and worldwide. Mr. Ryan has been accepted in District Courts in Texas and Oklahoma as an Expert Witness with regards to homicide investigations.
