"691 - Access denied / Invalid username or password"
This error is usually due to a mistyped username or password. You should make sure your username contains the entire string (e.g. user@netdot.com), and retype the password before continuing.
"678 - Remote computer did not respond"
This error can occur for a number of reasons, but is usually due to the dial-up phone number you are using not working for your area. Try a different number.
"633 - Modem port already in use"
Restart your computer. Sometimes Windows fails to free up the modem after it disconnects.
